No, we don't include backup functionality. We believe that as a professional WordPress maintainer, you already have your preferred backup solution in place. We're currently working on an UpdraftPlus integration that will allow you to trigger backups from the dashboard, but the actual backup storage remains your responsibility.
How is WP Dash so affordable compared to alternatives?
Our pricing model is simple: we only charge for development and support costs. Since we don't offer backup storage, we don't have the infrastructure costs that drive up prices for other services. We focus on what matters most - keeping your WordPress sites secure and up-to-date - without the overhead of features you don't need.
Can I reuse website slots when I remove sites?
Absolutely! When you purchase additional slots, they are permanently unlocked and not tied to specific domains. You can remove sites and reassign those slots to new sites at any time. This gives you maximum flexibility as your client portfolio evolves.
Is the WordPress plugin whitelabel?
Yes, white-labeling is supported. You can customize the plugin name, author, description, and website in the dashboard settings.
Do you offer client reports?
No, we intentionally don't include client reporting features. Based on our experience as WordPress maintainers, we found that clients rarely read detailed reports. We focus on the core functionality that actually helps you manage sites efficiently. If you consider this a must-have feature, please let us know and we'll evaluate adding it to our roadmap.
